Equal Pay Certification
Reykjavík Residence Hotel has obtained Equal Pay Certification in accordance with Act No. 150/2020 and Regulation No. 303/2021. The certification confirms that the company operates an equal pay system covering all employees of Reykjavík Residence Hotel and demonstrates that pay decisions are based on objective and professional criteria, regardless of gender.
Reykjavík Residence Hotel is committed to documenting, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving its equal pay management system. The company will work to maintain its Equal Pay Certification and undergo recertification every three years, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
