Checking in with Flexipass

You can use your smartphone to access your apartment with the Flexipass app. It’s quick and easy.

On the day you arrive, when your room is ready, we’ll send you a code. Please download the Flexipass app before you arrive.

Steps:

1 – Download the FLEXIPASS app (for iOS and Android).

2 – Enter the code we send you by email when your room is ready.

3 – The code is in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

4 – Each code works for only 1 device. Contact us if you need more codes for other phones.

5 -After entering the code, press GET ROOM KEY. Your room number will show up in the app. You can see the building address by pressing ADDRESS in the app (bottom left corner).

6 – When you reach the door, hold your phone near the sensor. Wait 2 seconds for the green light to stop flashing and turn solid.
